When Jess left here, one side was neon yellow the other side was neon pink It was very cute. We loved it, but we were ready for a change.
Personally, the neons always come back with a little neon-y punch. You weren't here for the consultation, but for the result we were looking for I needed to tone down that neon yellow before applying any vivid. While the lightener was processing I grabbed this pastel purp and applied it dry !

You didn’t waste your money at the salon, you just didn’t protect your investment at home.
