Good morning, Riman Club 🤍

Bible study, collagen, mushroom coffee, sunshine, and a little quiet time with God.

As I begin studying Romans this year with BSF, I’m being reminded to make room for renewal, grace, gratitude, and intentional living in my everyday life.

This morning, that looked like time in the Word, fresh air, my LIFENING Beauty Collagen, with ingredients like marine collagen peptides and hyaluronic acid, and then my mushroom coffee. ✨

For me, self care is not about chasing perfection. It’s about caring for the body God has given me, creating healthy rituals, and showing up for life with gratitude.
