Happy 2024 to my clients and students! May it be a beautiful year of growth and vitality for all!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Checotah Sunrise Yoga & Massage!

It's not about perfection or competition. 💖 So show up, even if you're not feeling 100%. 🙌

Be present and do your best, even if it's just a few simple poses.🧘‍♂️

Let's take a deep breath and remember that it's okay to move at our own pace. ❤️

Be mindful..breathe..let go..breathe..make space..breathe..and start again. 💫

Life happens – and sometimes we need a little reminder throughout the day to make it through!💖

This practice helps us recognize the beauty and magic in each little moment. ✨

This life is a series of fleeting moments held together by our breath. And if we don’t take time to be mindful, this life will pass us by. 🍃
