We encourage practicing yogis to attend this training to deepen their understanding of yoga from asana to pranayama to Samadhi. Our practicum is like no other.

ORA Center is the natural evolution of Chattanooga Yoga School and Madia’s Healing Arts — a space where yoga, somatic practice, and integrative care come together to support embodied living. Yoga Teacher Training
Our curriculum is primarily designed to offer participants a Foundational education that will prepare them for the journey of a yoga student and teacher, private practitioner or mind/body

A little summer magic on the water. 💜

Yesterday, we gathered on the dock for our Yoga on the Dock Fellowship — and it was such a beautiful reminder that yoga is so much more than what happens on a mat.

We moved with the breeze, breathed beside the water, soaked up the sunshine, laughed together, rested together, and made a little more room for connection.

There was something really special about practicing outside of our usual walls — surrounded by water, sky, sunshine, and community. 🌿🌊☀️

Thank you to everyone who showed up, rolled out a mat, shared a smile, helped create the space, or simply spent part of the day with us.

This is community. This is connection. This is yoga. 🧘‍♀️💜

Until the next gathering…

ORA is the edge, the threshold, the now — the place where presence meets becoming.
And that’s exactly what this training is about.

This isn’t a traditional yoga teacher training.
It’s an embodied leadership immersion for people who want to live, teach, and relate with more depth, steadiness, and attunement.

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to be performing.
You don’t even have to want to teach yoga.

You just have to be willing to meet yourself honestly —
to step into who you’re becoming —
and to let presence be the guide.

This training is for:
• teachers who want to teach from their center, not choreography
• helpers, therapists, coaches, and space‑holders
• leaders who want to lead with steadiness instead of stress
• humans craving depth, clarity, and inner alignment
• anyone standing at a threshold in their life
• anyone ready to inhabit their own presence more fully

If you’re ready to cross an edge in your life —
to become more grounded, more attuned, more you —
this is your path.

Teacher Training begins September 2026.

Have you ever felt the quiet knowing that you’re meant for something deeper…
that your practice is asking more of you…
that there’s a teacher inside you waiting to be met?

This training was created for that moment.

A 9‑month, somatic, relational journey into embodied leadership, nervous‑system literacy, and the art of teaching from truth rather than performance.
Intimate. Spacious. Transformational.

Training begins September 19, 2026

Somatic question:
What shifts in you when you pause long enough to feel the place where your body is asking you to land?

ORA essence:
ORA comes from ancient words meaning edge and now — the threshold where change becomes possible and the present moment where you return to yourself.
At ORA, our practices are designed to meet you right at that threshold: steady, devotional, somatic, and rooted in real life.

Somatic question: What softens in you when you pause long enough to feel what’s quietly emerging beneath the noise?

Micro‑practice: Unclench your jaw, feel your feet, and let one slow breath show you where there’s ease.

This week at ORA, we’re exploring our April theme: Listening for What’s Emerging. A gentle, body‑led kind of trust — the kind that doesn’t rush clarity, but senses it.

✨ Terra teaches BUTI on Tuesday at 6pm — her final class, catch it while you can. ✨ Next Tuesday at 6pm, we welcome Gentle Flow with Megan.

Come as you are. Move how you need. Let your body show you what’s next.

What does your body need this week—steadiness, heat, release, or a place to land

At ORA, each class is an invitation to return to yourself. To move with intention. To feel more alive, more present, more you.

Join us for flow, rest, and community all week long. Your mat is waiting.
