the muvement" is so much more than that. I strive to open the doors for women to see their true potential in all aspects of life. I'm empowering women, "u", creating a revolution through movement of the mind, body, and spirit. I'm overwhelmingly saddened by the negative body image that has taken over the mindset of so many women and young girls. I'm sick of the BULL$&@t that is so rampant in the fitness industry so I'm creating a movement to bring change on an international level by empowering women to find their confidence and reach their full potential. Not hate'n on the men, I equally want empowerment for them too, I just leaves that to someone else. You can find more about me below

Otherwise, in a BIG nutshell:

I moved from California to Melbourne, Australia over 10 years ago. I call myself a #happyhybrid, BOTH places are HOME. I put the beauty industry aside (California State Licensed esthetician doing makeup artist for Chanel and working on films in Hollywood) and spent 7 years working for a multinational corporation, most recently in HR Management and Sales Management. I worked my way to the top but my heart was not fulfilled, my lifelong passion of sports, health, wellness, VITALITY, and authentically helping people was not possible in the corporate world. I took the bull by the horns and left that world, and opted for a life/career on my terms. If you can't change something, create something new. Apart from beauty, business, health, fitness and wellness, my PASSION is people. I wholeheartedly want women to embrace YES, and guide them to achieving and believing in their full potential. My coaching platform for "the muvement" consists of following:

*muvement of the body- training, nutrition, health, longevity

*muvement of the spirit- wellness, mindfulness, connection

*muvement of the collective - "a revolution" a movement - volunteering, giving back, uplifting, paying forward

I dream of creating a society of women and young girls that have confidence, self love, and a healthy body image. I run Desire Map workshops based off Danielle LaPorte's best selling book, I assist to make "schtuff" happen in your life personally and professionally, run health and wellness retreats, TransformACTION intensives, and I'm your master goal setter and accountability guru.
