Seeds Of Essence

My pre-Mothers day was much needed. I had the most relaxful Saturday that I experience in a while. With the steady lost of love ones and those most close to me without a breather for the last two years. I was able to reflect on of all the hats that I have worn over my entire life. How I have been there running with the best tennis shoes on for others only to realize how ungrateful and petty individuals are when you don't beat to their drum. My little holistic day really was a revelation and eye opener. I am grateful for every experience that I have had to endure. Not all experiences with so call close ones were bad but you get to see a person true nature of pettiness when you aren't able to be at their every beck and call, how little do they forget the most important appearances that one have shown up for and care that you have shown no matter the sacrifice cancels all the great experiences that was had. When you are able to cut the noise and focus on your selfcare the revelation download you recieve is incredible. I started a while ago to remove what is not aligned with my energy and purpose. I truly dont even care to debuke negativity spoken against me it is so non relevant. But today only reconfirmed that the only tennis shoes that are running will be for me first. And If I am unable to be there for folks, I no longer feel guilty or obligated. I need to live for me in this second half of my life's journey. Peace and Blessings
