We did so good til we didn’t.
Love learning what each little is into, usually it’s different from each daughter. Reign loves arts and crafts , Saylor loves puzzles, Aurora like yoga and dancing, Summer like making videos. I try to carve time each day so they feel individualized : seen, heard, loved.

2. Acknowledge their feelings without judgement, validate their emotions
3. Offer choice or autonomy : this gives them choice and independence
4. Respect the childs process; notice if they want love or space
5. Reflect together (after the storm) this helps build problem solving and emotional memory
6. Look into their deeper need: did they react before of hunger, tired, frustation of not being understood, wanting independence, overstimulation
