Cindi Day, Clinical Exercise Program Coordinator, and Emily Sjodin, Clinical Exercise Program Assistant, recently traveled to Dallas for the Rock Steady Boxing Coach Convention.

This convention brought together coaches from all over to learn, collaborate, and share strategies for fighting back against Parkinson’s.

A special shoutout to Cindi, who presented on our Rock Steady Boxing program at the MUSC Wellness Center. Proud of our team for representing and sharing what we do here!

Our Prostate Cancer Survivor Strength Camp crew enjoyed a peaceful visit to the MUSC pollinator garden last week! Spending time outdoors together was a great way to unwind and connect outside of the Wellness Center.

This joyful, Fall-inspired event is designed especially for children and families across the community. All are welcome!

👻 MUSC student leaders will host interactive tables featuring creative games and activities. No candy- just smiles and meaningful fun like toys, hands-on crafts, colorful face painting, and playful games designed for all ages.

Highlights include:
• Costumed MUSC student hosts and themed activity tables
• Non-edible giveaways and games
• A vibrant, creative atmosphere for all ages
