Due to an influx of last minute cancellations/rescheduling happening I have decided to change my cancellation policy. I get things happen and people need to cancel or move their appointments. I am totally understanding with that! However, with having a 24 hour cancellation policy it is very hard to fill in gaps in my day less than 24 hours prior. By changing it to 48 hours it helps me let clients know with plenty of notice of any last minute slots that may open up.

By doing this it helps people who are having a hard time finding availability—easier to get in.
Also helps me not lose out on any money or sitting around with large gaps in my day.
