I ALWAYS try my best to be flexible and accommodate my clients whenever possible. But with the busy holiday season quickly approaching, here’s a little friendly reminder of my cancellation policy! 🤍

✨ Cancellation Policy ✨

• Within 48 hours: Appointments over an hour will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

• Within 24 hours: 100% of the appointment cost.

• Same-day cancellations & no-shows: 100% of the appointment cost, regardless of the service or appointment length!

Yes, even if it’s a quick 15-minute appointment or a full afternoon of pampering! 💕

As much as I love what I do, this is also my livelihood. When appointments are canceled last minute, it’s not always possible to fill that time with another client.
