I didn’t realize how important my health was until I was told I might never walk/feel the same again. Before my spine surgery in 2022 I was in so much pain and I just kept trying to push through. I had never taken time off work for long since I was 18.

After having surgery and slowly getting healthier I realized that no job is as important as this.

Also looking back I missed so many important moments because of work. I missed birthdays and funerals and big events, and now I would do anything to take that back.

It’s so easy in our society to just dive into something and forget these things, but know you can come back to it 💜

💜 reiki level 1 this weekend

Join us under the energy of the Full Moon for a sacred evening of reflection, release, and renewal. This intimate circle is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and let go of what no longer aligns with the person you are becoming.

Together, we will be guided through meditation, intention setting, journaling, and a release ritual to help you clear away stagnant energy, old patterns, and anything you are ready to lovingly surrender.

The evening will close with a deeply relaxing sound bath infused with healing vibrations to support rest, grounding, and energetic renewal. Allow yourself to receive, reconnect, and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and supported by a community of like-hearted souls.

Reiki Level 1 Training: Learn to Work With Energy Confidently Reiki Level 1 is your introduction to energy healing, designed to help you understand, feel, and safely work with Reiki for yourself and others.

If there’s anything I know how to do it’s heal.

My partner of almost two years ended our relationship on Monday and it was honestly very shocking. Allowing the waves of emotions wash over me, feeling the sadness, the anger the shock. But one thing I know how to do really well is heal.

Reiki and spirituality has taught me that if something leaves your life it is creating space for something better and more aligned. I have lost friends, relationships, pets, jobs, family and more and knowing that even with all the loss life continues to be beautiful.

This community is one of the most beautiful things that has ever happened to me and I’m so grateful to have support to lean on when I need it. Allowing all the emotions to come and trusting the process of the universe fully. It doesn’t mean I’m not sad but I feel to my core how much trust I have in my path.

So I’ll be here feeling it all and continuing to work on healing 💜 forever and always
