Reiki Level 1 Training: Learn to Work With Energy Confidently Reiki Level 1 is your introduction to energy healing, designed to help you understand, feel, and safely work with Reiki for yourself and others.

In this training, you’ll learn:
• Meditation and breathwork to ground and regulate your nervous system
• The core principles and history of Reiki
• How energy works and how to play with it using crystals
• The chakra system and how to read energy in the body
• Techniques to cleanse the chakras (analyze, pull, and give energy)
• Energetic protection and boundaries when working with others
• A full session walkthrough with clear hand positions
• Hands-on practice, including giving a complete session until you feel confident

You’ll also receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, opening you to channel Reiki energy and begin practicing immediately. This training is ideal for anyone wanting to:
• Deepen their self-healing practice
• Learn energy work in a structured, supportive way
• Build confidence before working on others
• Start their Reiki journey with strong foundations

As we move into the season of slowing down, turning inward, and letting go, we invite you to gather in community for an evening of connection, reflection, and deep rest.

The Fall Equinox is a beautiful reminder of balance: the balance between light and dark, doing and being, holding on and letting go.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and women’s circle, creating space to connect, reflect on the season we’re leaving behind, and set intentions for the season ahead.

From there, we’ll settle into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring you back into the present moment.

Join Barbie and Rachel for a unique embodied experience combining Sh***ri, Reiki Energy Healing, and Yin Yoga.

We’ll begin with meditation and grounding, creating space to slow down, connect inward, and become fully present in our bodies. From there, you’ll be partnered up and guided through simple, beginner-friendly Sh***ri holds.

As we work with the rope, we’ll explore the practice of setting and weaving intention into our ties, using the rope as a physical reminder of what we’re choosing to cultivate, release, or explore. Once we’re bound, we’ll move into gentle Yin Yoga postures and self-Reiki, exploring the relationship between support and surrender, openness and containment, grounding and expansion.

Together, we’ll discover how the rope can become more than a physical connection, it can offer support, create awareness, and invite us to explore our bodies and intentions in a new way. No previous experience with Sh***ri, Reiki, or Yin Yoga is required.

Come with an open mind, a willingness to connect, and an intention of your own. This workshop is open to couples and singles!
