Let go of what you can’t control.

Anchor yourself in prayer, meditation, grounding, or whatever connects you to Source.

Rest when the world feels heavy, burnout doesn’t save anyone. I find solace on especially trying days when I step outside barefoot and get my hands in the earth gardening or even just weeding. Idk there's just something so medicinal to me about getting soil under my pretty trimmed, filed, painted nails.

Keep kindness alive, even when others forget. It costs absolutely nothing to be kind.

Look around you, find your small everyday blessing and be thankful.
