Intentions: A plan or purpose to do something

Who here has big intentions and they don't always work out like planned?

I had big intentions at the beginning of the year to be better at social media. I was great to begin with, however life happened. I have had a busier work schedule, kids activities this spring/summer, and all the things you try fitting into a summer schedule. There are things we are good at and sometimes not so good at. It's okay to admit when something isn't quite our forte. Social media is not mine. So when I do get on here, I try and let you know what I have available for massage times.

The kids are both in school this year, so my plan is to work Monday-Friday 9am to 1pm. If you have had the intentions to add massage to your routine, please let me know. I would love to help you and get you on my schedule. You can get ahold of me on here, restandrelax.glossgenius.com, or by my cell phone 563-203-2981.

I have openings this next week. Let's get you in for some rest and relaxation.

😘 Emily
