So many things have changed for me over the last couple of years, but one of the biggest has been the belief I now have in myself. I truly believe I can do anything I set my mind to.

My weight-loss journey has definitely had its ups and downs, but it's also given me something I never expected... courage. ❤️

We started playing pickleball back in February, and last night I took 2nd place in a Mesa pickleball tournament! 🥈🏓

A few years ago, I never would have imagined this version of me. I'm so proud of how far I've come, and I can't wait to see where this sport—and this new confidence—takes me next.

Here's to saying yes to new challenges and proving to yourself that you're capable of more than you ever imagined. 💛

Let's talk a little about my boys getting older.

I am absolutely obsessed with my boys. Anyone who knows me knows they are the biggest part of my life. I am so grateful that God allowed me to bring these two incredible humans into the world.

But I've always felt like my heart had room for two more, and I have always, always, always wanted to be a girl mom.

Even though that wasn't in the cards for us, we tried. We pursued foster care and even a private adoption. Neither worked out, and both left us with so much pain. (One day I'll share the story of our private adoption.)

The bottom line is this: I am absolutely grateful for the two incredible gifts I was given, but I am also allowed to mourn the children I never got the chance to be a mother to.

As my boys get older, my heart keeps whispering, "No... wait. Slow down. Don't leave me."

If you're a mama who is struggling through a hard season, especially one that involves wanting to grow your family, I'm here to listen, and I see you. 💚
