We added lowlights to match her natural depth and created a soft root shadow for a seamless, lived-in grow-out. Her cooler blonde was transformed into a warm, dimensional blend with creamy golden tones from root to ends.

We took her from a warmer, grown-out blonde to a brighter, softer blonde with lots of dimension—while still keeping enough depth so it doesn’t feel flat or over-lightened.

Strategic highlights + a soft blend at the root gave her that seamless grow-out, and a fresh cut brought the whole look together. ✂️

Wanna know a secret?!

This beauty has naturally white/gray “wisdom highlights,” so instead of using permanent color and creating a hard line of demarcation, we chose Redken Shades Alkaline Demi-Permanent Color to softly blend those grays while keeping everything dimensional and natural.

✨ Why Demi? It allows for a much softer grow-out and gradually fades in tone over time, rather than leaving a harsh line as the natural gray grows in.

We also refreshed her highlights to blend with those wisdom strands and give everything that intentional, dimensional highlighted look. 🤎

We started with grown-out highlights hiding underneath that box color and gave her a complete refresh! 🤍 Babylights brought back the brightness and dimension, then we took off the length and finished with the cutest fresh, blunt bob. 😍
