Today we’re celebrating Kat & Grace’s first anniversary at Changes Salon! 🎉🤍

One year ago, I made the decision to start these two together as associates. I thought having someone beside them going through the same experience might make learning and growing a little easier.

Boy, was I right.

They have encouraged each other, learned from each other, helped each other, and grown right alongside one another. And one of my favorite things is that through all of that, they have each become completely their own stylist.

Kat is Kat. Grace is Grace. ❤️

They have different strengths, different styles, and different ways of connecting with their guests—but they share something incredibly important: an amazing work ethic, a desire to keep getting better, and a commitment to their careers and our team.

They are dynamic. They bring so much to Changes, individually and together, and somehow it feels impossible that it has only been ONE year. It honestly feels like they’ve been part of our salon family forever.

Watching them go from associates learning side-by-side to the stylists they are becoming has been pretty amazing.

Today Megan celebrated her 90-day milestone at Changes Salon and officially added her name to our Code of Honor.

Our Code of Honor is signed by our team members as a commitment to the values that guide how we care for our guests, support one another, and represent Changes Salon every day.

With Dayna, Daniela, and Wendy by her side, Megan signed her name and officially became part of this special Changes tradition. ✍️✨

Our Associate Program gives guests the opportunity to enjoy the luxury, care, and experience Changes is known for — at up to 50% off our regular service pricing.

Our Associates are already licensed cosmetologists who have been carefully selected to join our advanced education program. We often describe it as the master’s degree of our industry — bridging the gap between cosmetology school and becoming a confident, successful stylist behind the chair.

When they first enter the program, Associates typically have one designated day each week to take their own guests. The rest of their time is spent working alongside our experienced stylists — assisting, learning, and continuing to develop the technical, consultation, guest experience, and business skills that aren’t always taught in cosmetology school.

As they grow, they progress through four modules — and their pricing grows with them:

✨ Module 1 — 50% OFF
✨ Module 2 — 30% OFF
✨ Module 3 — 25% OFF
✨ Module 4 — 20% OFF

But what doesn’t change is the Changes experience.

The beautiful environment. The relaxing shampoo experience. The beverages and amenities. The professional products. The attention to detail. And, most importantly, the genuine care we give every guest who walks through our doors.

When your Associate graduates from the program and moves into their own chair, you can choose to grow with them — or move to our next Associate and continue enjoying Associate pricing.

Over the years, Dayna has grown into such an important part of who we are. Her talent, experience, dedication to her guests, and willingness to share what she knows with the next generation of stylists have made a lasting impact on our salon and our team.

Twelve years brings a lot of memories, a lot of beautiful hair, a lot of laughs, and probably more than a few stories we could tell. 😉 And through it all, we’re so grateful Dayna has chosen to grow her career right here with us.

Today we’re celebrating Spela’s 5th anniversary at Changes Salon! 🤍

Over the past five years, we’ve had the joy of watching Spela grow into the talented stylist and wonderful teammate she is today. She brings so much care to her guests, takes pride in her craft, and has continued to challenge herself, learn, and grow every step of the way.

Spela has become such an important part of our Changes family, and we are incredibly grateful for the energy, talent, and heart she brings to the salon.

Five years of beautiful hair, happy guests, lots of growth, and so many memories — and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

There was only one Dolly. 💗

Today we say goodbye to a woman who was so much more than an incredible artist.

Dolly Parton was a songwriter, a businesswoman, a philanthropist, a leader, a style icon and a woman who showed us that you can be strong, smart, successful, kind, feminine, glamorous and completely yourself — all at the same time.

And of course, as a salon, we have to talk about the HAIR. 💕 From the bouffants of the ’60s to the larger-than-life curls, teased bangs and beautiful blonde wigs that became unmistakably Dolly — she never followed the rules of beauty. She created her own.

We could have made this slideshow go on forever! There were SO many incredible Dolly looks we wanted to share, but many of those beautiful photographs are copyrighted and not available for us to post. So here’s just a little smidge of the Dolly hair history we were able to share with you. And oh, what a history it is. 💗

Big hair. Big personality. Big talent. And perhaps most importantly, an incredibly big heart.

She made people laugh. She made people feel accepted. She gave generously. She encouraged children to read. She built businesses. She wrote songs that will be sung for generations. And through every decade, she remained unmistakably Dolly.

Thank you, Dolly, for reminding generations of women that there is nothing wrong with taking up a little space — or a LOT of it.

There will never be another Dolly. 🤍
