3 Pro tips on styling first time clients who don't know the proper verbiage to tell you what they see on themselves!

1. Show them photos of your work! If your guest comes in with an inspo pic you're not familiar with show them photos of your work and what you can do that's similar!

2. Ask questions! Have you ever worn lash extensions? Are these for vacation? Is your skin more oily or dry?

3. Always start shorter and lighter! If a client who's never worn lash extensions or even strip lashes before comes in for a set the first time getting them can be overwhelming to see especially if they are long and dark! We can always take them up length and fullness at the next ointment if they want more !

This particular client has never worn extensions before as her natural lashes are very full. As she's started getting older she started losing the density in her lashes so her end goal was fullness over length! We lashed her shorter with .05 matte trays for some darkness and she loved them!
