Create your anchor.
A phrase that you can use to remember your goals or priorities. Use it as a grounding reminder you go back to when things get loud.
Identify a low effort task that you can do when you feel like you’re lagging behind.

Access the version of you who knows where you’re going. Ask her for guidance, she already accomplished your goals so she knows more than you in this very moment.

Talk yourself through the moment.
Gently remind yourself of what is in and out of your control. The reality is that 98% of things are out of it!
