Healing is more than my profession; it is part of my family's legacy. As a fourth-generation healer, I grew up with a deep appreciation for the body's remarkable ability to recover, adapt, and heal when given the right support.
To build on that foundation, I earned my professional credentials at Indiana Wellness College, specializing in Advanced Sports and Medical Massage. My education provided extensive training in anatomy, biomechanics, injury recovery, and therapeutic massage techniques, giving me the clinical framework to support lasting results for my clients.
Based in Indianapolis, I have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of settings, from clinical rehabilitation to professional sports. Throughout my career, I have worked with elite athletes in both the NFL and NBA, helping them recover from physical demands, reduce injury risk, and maintain peak performance.
While I value that experience, my greatest passion is helping everyday people feel and function better in their daily lives. I work with clients experiencing a variety of complex conditions, including chronic headaches and migraines, sciatica, thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), chronic neck pain and stiffness, postural dysfunction, pre- and post-surgical recovery, acute strains, and structural imbalances.
I believe every client deserves an individualized approach. No two bodies are the same, which is why each session is tailored to the person's unique needs, goals, and physical presentation. My work combines clinical assessment, evidence - informed techniques, and attentive hands-on care to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.
