All clients are required to give a 48 hour notice for cancellations. If the client fails to do so they may be charged a $50 fee depending on the service missed. This fee must be paid in order to book an appointment in the future. There are obvious exceptions to this rule however this is in place to make sure I have my schedule secured. As I am getting busier, appointment times are hard to come by, especially extensive color appointments, and last minute cancellations are even harder to fill which results in time and money lost. After two cancellations the client will be required to pay a deposit for every appointment booked moving further. This deposit will be $50 for color services and $15 for hair cutting services. No-call-no-show appointments will result in a $50 fee as well as potentially not be allowed to book out appointments in the future.
