When I get to flex my artistic injection muscles- it’s a beautiful, beautiful thing🤩.

This is called facial optimization and it’s legit one of the best things you can do to achieve an amazing transformation-while still looking like you.

This was four syringes- a little bit in her midface, some in her nasolabial folds (smile lines), some in her marionette’s, chin & chin shadow. What you get is a comprehensive treatment look. Not something looks off or I paid all that money & I see no difference (because it wasn’t enough product for you).

When you commit to a full harmonization treatment- you get the impactful look. You get the refreshed look. You get the “oh my God you look fantastic” look. When you commit to partial treatment - you get the “ehhh it’s ok not sure I’ll go to her again” look.

4 syringes is not a lot of product. Each syringe is 1ml of dynamic filler (meaning it moves with your face). This is about the size of a blueberry. WHEN A WOUND WON’T HEAL, OXYGEN MATTERS. 🫧

For someone living with diabetes, a small wound—especially on the foot—can become a very big problem.

Diabetes can affect circulation, sensation, immune response, and the body’s ability to repair damaged tissue. When a wound isn’t receiving enough oxygenated blood, healing can slow dramatically, increasing the risk of infection, tissue loss, hospitalization and, in severe cases, amputation.

This is where Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) may play an important role for certain diabetic wounds.

Inside a hyperbaric chamber, increased atmospheric pressure allows the body to take in significantly more oxygen. That oxygen is carried into areas where circulation and tissue oxygen levels may be compromised.

For appropriately selected diabetic foot ulcers, HBOT is used alongside comprehensive wound care to support the healing process by:

• Increasing oxygen delivery to compromised tissue
• Supporting new blood-vessel formation
• Promoting collagen production and tissue repair
• Supporting the body’s ability to fight certain infections
• Helping compromised tissue recover
• Improving healing in selected chronic, difficult-to-heal wounds

And one of the most important goals? Limb preservation.

A diabetic foot wound that continues to deteriorate can ultimately threaten a toe, foot, or limb. In appropriately selected patients, HBOT can be one part of an aggressive wound-care strategy designed to heal the wound, preserve viable tissue, and reduce the risk of major amputation.

HBOT isn’t a replacement for good wound care. It works as part of a larger treatment plan that may include blood-sugar management, infection treatment, debridement, pressure off-loading, vascular evaluation and specialized wound care.

The goal isn’t simply to close a wound.
It’s to help save healthy tissue, preserve function and, whenever possible, save a limb.
