Sometimes your body needs more than relaxation—it needs intentional, therapeutic work.

At It Is Well Massage Therapy LLC, my deep therapeutic sessions are customized to what your body needs that day. Rather than relying on one technique, I incorporate multiple modalities to address areas of tension, restricted movement, muscular tightness, and overall stress on the body.

Your session may include:

• Deep tissue & therapeutic massage to work through stubborn muscular tension
• Myofascial release to address restrictions within the fascia
• Trigger point therapy for focused areas of tension
• Cupping therapy to support tissue mobility and circulation
• Assisted stretching to encourage flexibility and range of motion
• Hot stones & heat therapy to warm and relax tight muscles
• Manual lymphatic drainage when appropriate to support healthy lymphatic flow
• Red & near-infrared light therapy to complement the session and support cellular recovery, circulation, and tissue healing

I don’t believe massage should be one-size-fits-all. I listen to what you’re experiencing, assess what I feel within the tissues, and thoughtfully combine techniques to create a session specifically for you.

And one of my favorite additions is red light therapy. While you’re receiving hands-on therapeutic work, light therapy can provide another layer of support for recovery and inflammation—without adding additional stress to the body.

There is something incredibly special about hearing a mother share how much better her daughter is feeling and how the work we’ve done together has helped her continue doing something she loves — dancing.

When she first came to It Is Well Massage Therapy LLC, her body was experiencing a lot of pressure, strain, and discomfort. Through massage therapy, intentional bodywork, and also teaching both mom and daughter techniques they could use at home, we’ve been able to support her body as she continues to dance and stay active.

And hearing her mom say that she has been able to maintain that level of healing and function means more to me than I can put into words. 🥹🤍

For me, massage therapy has never been about simply getting someone on and off my table. I want my clients to understand their bodies. I want to teach them. I want to give them tools they can take home. And most importantly, I want to help them get back to the things they love with less discomfort and greater freedom of movement.

Working with younger clients is especially meaningful because we have an opportunity to teach them early that pain and dysfunction shouldn’t simply be ignored. Their bodies deserve care, attention, movement, recovery, and support too.

And hearing this sweet girl say that her experience helped her feel so much better… that is the reward. ❤️
