Halloween is approaching and some of you may wanna do fun colors in your or your kids hair...
While Splat is easily located in local stores/online and says "semi permanent" this stuff is basically fabric dye..
It is incredibly difficult to remove from both hair and other surfaces (like your bathroom counter). And it is a hairdressers worse nightmare.
So even if you are willing to pay the money later to have it fixed, we may not be able to..
My suggestion is save your money and go to a professional.
Or, at very least, take the time to drive to Peoria and go to Sally's.
If youre gonna do it at home go get Artic Fox, Manic Panic, Lunar Tides, good dye young, ion...
