Mane House Of Hair policy update

As my business continues to grow, my schedule has become more booked than ever, and I’m so grateful for that! With a growing waitlist and limited availability, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a much bigger impact on my business than they used to!

Because of this, I’ve updated my salon policies to better protect my time and ensure that appointments remain fair for everyone.

Please know that these changes are not meant to be harsh or make anyone feel uncomfortable. I completely understand that life happens. People get sick, emergencies come up, and sometimes things are out of our control. Cancellation fees will always be handled at the salon’s discretion, with consideration given to the circumstances.
