K Capelli Salon

Cancellation Policy:
I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least 48 hours notice. All cancellations must be done through voicemail or text message at 330-244-2951. Cancellations through email or social media will not be valid. Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged at the discretion of the salon owner for cancellation/no show. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
