Started running because I needed something. Somewhere along the way it became a part of me. The Thursday nights, the corners of this city I know better than my own block, the people who show up because I show up.
Still chasing that feeling. Still not tired of it, and never will be.
The work never stops. Felt good to get back on the field with the crewšŖš¾
MNRC is community.
When our Jersey chapter asked us to show up for its youth, the answer wasnāt a decision, it was an obligation. Presence is the first commitment. Everything else follows.
We spent an afternoon in Camden building movement, not just muscle. Connection, not just conversation.
The impact isnāt measured in reps. Itās measured in what stays with kids long after weāre gone.

Diploās Run Club. A run, a medal, a concert & turn up all before noon. Sign me up for next year šŖš¾.
Spartan Super 10K. Wasnāt my 1st time on the mountain. But it was the 1st time on the mountain with MNRC. Hereās to doing hard s**t with your friends! Shout out to PHusion Fresh Juices & jones_fitness_1001 for pushing the pace with me. Bring on the Beast š¤šŖš¾

Most clubs looked at that number and called it. Made the smart choice. The safe choice. We get it ā¦ heat like that isnāt something to play with.
We didnāt cancel. We adapted. Shortened the route, checked in on each other more than usual, and we ran anyway. Because thereās a difference between reckless and resilient, and this pack knows exactly where that line is.
Every face in this photo has felt a version of this before. The moment where the easy thing and the right thing split into two different roads. And every single time, theyāve chosen the harder one. Not because itās comfortable, but because thatās where the brotherhood actually gets built. Not in the easy miles. In the ones you almost didnāt show up for.
Weāre not chasing perfect conditions. Weāre building runners who show up in all of them.
