As many of you know, our Room 2 has been going from one issue to the next lately. We’ve been in contact with Ergoline for quite some time, and every time we thought we had one issue resolved, another one seemed to pop up. 😩

First and foremost, THANK YOU all for being so understanding, patient, and accommodating through this whole process. We appreciate you more than you know! 🫶🏼

After trying everything we could and feeling like we weren’t getting any closer to a solution, I reached out to some fellow local tanning business owners I had the pleasure of meeting last year. And let me tell you, the tanning community really is something special! ❤️

Shay & Paul made the trip all the way from Manistee this morning to give us a fresh set of eyes and hands, work their magic, and help us get to the bottom of our Room 2 issues. AND THEY DID IT! 🙌🏼🎉

I seriously cannot thank them enough for taking time out of their day to come help us out. The kindness, support, and willingness to help another small business mean SO much! Sometimes all it takes is the right people coming together. 🥹❤️

This is a post we never imagined we would have to make.

For quite some time now, our family has been navigating a life-altering family matter that has required more of our time, energy, and attention than we ever anticipated. We have tried our best to keep moving forward while handling things privately behind the scenes, including continuing to work toward getting our Lake City location ready to open.

Unfortunately, as time has gone on, we have had to take a step back and look at what is truly best for our family right now. With everything happening behind the scenes, we have made the very difficult decision that T’s Tanning Salon will not be opening a Lake City location.

This decision was not made easily. We had plans, hopes, and so much excitement surrounding this next chapter. We know many of you were excited to have us in Lake City, and we are incredibly sorry to disappoint those who were looking forward to our opening.

But sometimes, life has a way of changing the plans we had made.

Right now, our family has to come first through this.

We are choosing to put our energy where it is needed most and give ourselves the space to navigate what our family is facing. We hope our clients can understand that there is much more to this decision than what you see on the outside.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who supported our plans for Lake City — those who shared our posts, told their friends, sent messages, checked in, and cheered us on throughout the process. Your support has meant so much to our family and our small business.

Although this isn’t the outcome we had envisioned, we are thankful for the business we have built, the clients who have become part of our TTS family, and the opportunity to continue serving you.

We wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up regarding a temporary payment issue at our Cadillac location!

As we’ve been working on getting our second location up and running, including updating our software and changing our business name within the system to make online booking between our Cadillac & Lake City locations easier, we unfortunately ran into an unexpected issue with our Cadillac card reader.

At this time, we are unable to process any form of card payment 😭

We have already contacted our software/payment support team, and they are actively investigating the issue. We’re hoping to have everything back up and running by the end of the week! 🤞🏼

In the meantime, we are ONLY able to accept:
