After having such a positive experience with lactation support during her own journey, she knew she wanted to take that experience one step further - and help other moms feel supported as they figure out theirs.

You don’t have to earn rest. 🤍
So often, we wait until our bodies are practically begging us to slow down before we finally give them the care they’ve been asking for.
Massage therapy doesn’t have to be reserved for vacations, special occasions, or the moment you finally hit your breaking point.

Sometimes the work you’re called to do grows out of the season when you needed someone most. 🤍
When breastfeeding didn’t go the way, she expected as a brand-new mom, there wasn’t a lactation consultant there to guide her through it. Along with the overwhelm came the pressure, the guilt, and that feeling that she should somehow just be able to “get it together.”
That experience stayed with her.
And it became a big part of why lactation consulting is now part of what we offer at Abundant Therapy & Wellness.
Because moms deserve support without judgment. They deserve someone who will listen, answer the questions, walk alongside them, and remind them that it’s okay - even when feeding your baby doesn’t look exactly like you thought it would. 💚
