Happy Monday from Kyle & April!
We hope everyone had a great weekend! We know Mondays can be tough, so we wanted to do something a little special today.
If the weekend wore you out, you’re sore from the gym, you were at the ball fields all weekend, or maybe you just need a little time for yourself — come see us today! ❤️
We’re doing $10 sessions today at AR Refresh Wellness. We’d love to see you and help you start the week feeling a little better.
And we’re also going to do something special for the first 2 people who sign up for a membership today…
👉 30 days for only $75!
We’ve also been watching our page grow and we are SO CLOSE TO 5,000 followers! 🥹
We honestly can’t thank everyone enough for supporting our little business and continuing to tell your friends and family about us.
When we hit 5,000 followers, we are going to give away TWO 30-DAY MEMBERSHIPS! ❤️
And when we reach 6,000, we’re going to do it AGAIN and give away TWO MORE!
So please keep sharing our page and tagging your friends. Help us get there!
And one more thing we really want to do today…
If you know someone who is hurting, sore, stressed, worn out, or just having a rough day — TAG THEM BELOW. ❤️
We’re going to give away some sessions today to people who could really use them.
We want people to come in, experience what we do, and hopefully leave feeling a little better than when they walked through the door.
That's honestly why we started AR Refresh Wellness in the first place. We wanted to create a place where people could come take care of themselves and feel welcome.
So tag somebody. You never know who might really need it today. ❤️
Thank you all for continuing to support Kyle & April and AR Refresh Wellness. We appreciate it more than you know.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this year AR Refresh Wellness wants to give back to the women in our community who have been affected by breast cancer. ❤️

So we need YOUR help…

👇👇👇
DO YOU KNOW A WOMAN WHO HAS FOUGHT BREAST CANCER?
A SURVIVOR?
A WARRIOR CURRENTLY FIGHTING?
A MOM, SISTER, DAUGHTER, FRIEND, OR CO-WORKER WHO COULD USE A LITTLE TIME FOR HERSELF?

🎀 TAG HER IN THE COMMENTS.

We want to reach as many women as possible, so PLEASE SHARE THIS POST.

You might think, “Someone else will tag her.”

DON’T ASSUME THAT. ❤️

Tag her.
Share it with your friends.
Send it to someone you know.
Put her name in the comments.

Because one share could put this in front of the woman who really needs it.

💕 EVERY FRIDAY IN OCTOBER, AR REFRESH WELLNESS WILL BE GIVING AWAY FREE WELLNESS SESSIONS TO WOMEN AFFECTED BY BREAST CANCER.

We simply want to give her a chance to slow down, relax, and take a little time for herself. She deserves that. ❤️

🎀 AND WE’RE GIVING BACK ALL MONTH LONG!

Throughout October, 10% OF EVERY MEMBERSHIP SOLD WILL BE DONATED TO SUSAN G. KOMEN to support the fight against breast cancer.

This isn't about us.

It's about HER. ❤️

The woman who fought.
The woman still fighting.
The woman who finished treatment.
The woman who is still finding her way back to feeling like herself.

LET’S SHOW HER SOME LOVE. 🎀
