Today is World Mental Health Day 🧠🤍

As someone who has experienced mental health struggles since childhood, I understand how important it is to give ourselves grace, take a step back when we need to, and remember that we don’t have to have it all together all the time. 🫶🏼

As an esthetician, I’ve come to appreciate that skincare is about so much more than what we see on the outside. It’s about taking time for yourself, slowing down, feeling cared for, and giving yourself permission to simply be.🤍

Sometimes, a facial is more than a facial. It’s an hour to unplug from the outside world, quiet your mind, release some stress, and pour a little love back into yourself. My goal is to create a space where my clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for….not just in their skin, but as a whole person. ✨

I know firsthand that mental health isn’t always visible. Someone can look happy, show up every day, and still be fighting battles no one else knows about. That’s why I believe kindness, compassion, and creating space for ourselves and others matter so much.

So today, I encourage you to check in with yourself and the people you love. Take that deep breath, book that self-care appointment, set that boundary, ask for help, or simply give yourself permission to rest. You deserve care, too. 🤍

And if you’re struggling, please remember that you are never less deserving of love, patience, or support because of what you’re going through. You don’t have to earn rest, and you don’t have to do it all alone. 🩷

Take care of your mind, your heart, and your skin. You deserve to feel good from the inside out. 🌷✨
