I entered this week with a new perspective thanks to the wellness event I attended last weekend. Not only was this a new experience that expanded new places in myself but I met some amazing healing practitioners who offer nervous system -based healing in different forms. Though their training and tools were different from ours they had the same level of passion about helping others heal using the nervous system.
I will never tell you that massage is the only way to feel better, but that it is one tool to help lower your cortisol, come back to your body, and listen to what it's telling you.
If you are curious and open, or enjoy simply laying on the table and being completely cared for without expectations, we are here to guide you towards healing and feeling your very best.

Come visit us! We're going to be a part of a free community wellness event this Saturday, August 15th at St Albans City Hall.
Come meet local practitioners, See live demos, and explore healing modalities you've been curious about. If you or someone you know is looking to learn something new about their health and well-being, stop by and see us and meet some others.
Kate is booking clients on Monday's, Friday's, and every other Sunday. She has openings for folks who need some last minute care this weekend.
Our bodies communicate to us through sensations. We are here to help you tune in and give your body what it's asking for. Our bodies sometimes just need rest, care, touch, and slowness in our fast paced world.
We often work very slowly without oil to start. Working in this way, with your fascia, communicates safety to your nervous system. 🫠
You're fascia, the interconnected web of tissue, weaves through and surrounds your entire body. 💫
Fascia houses our muscles, nerves, and blood vessels. It is essentially our nervous tissue. 💪
