Specializing in the Art of Bodywork—a gentle, structural method designed to support clients with non-responsive musculoskeletal issues—Laurel’s sessions are both grounding and transformative. Her practice is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a whole-body perspective.

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of our healing community — Matt Hubbard! 👐✨
When I say thrilled…. I mean over the moon 🌕!

Matt and I have worked together in the past and sadly parted ways when the clinic we were employed at closed.
We are beyond lucky to have him here at the Studio!!

With 30 YEARS of experience, Matt is an authentic leading light, brings a grounded presence and a deep passion for supporting clients on their trauma healing journey through Craniosacral Therapy.
He is a graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage '94. He has spent the past 3 decades developing his own unique style of bodywork which draws on a variety of techniques to achieve therapeutic results. His work is based on study in myofascial release, lymphatic drainage technique and Craniosacral therapy.

Matt is considered an expert in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), which is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. CSt has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.
