🤍Start with a simple routine - an effective and gentle cleanser, a weekly exfoliant, and a soothing moisturizer. From there, try adding on one product at a time to see how your skin responds. Less is often more!
🤍Learn what actives work for you! Chances are, layering every active ingredient known to fight acne onto your skin will only cause damage and redness. Once you learn which active ingredients work best for fighting your acne, you'll be able to target it more quickly and effectively.

Don’t get us wrong… we adore red light masks, enzyme peels, extractions and high frequency when used in the right context. We have nothing against retinoids or other powerful active ingredients. We’re not opposed to you having the most long and luxurious skincare routine in the world if that’s what brings you joy. ✨⁠

Here’s the thing though: When you address only surface level symptoms and not root causes, all the money in the world won’t perfect your skin. Sometimes, the skin concerns we’re trying to dry up or smooth out or exfoliate away are our body’s way of telling us that something is wrong, and listening to that message can be the difference between dewy, healthy skin and skin that’s barely hanging on. ⁠
