Monster Meet is coming to BSF.
Halloween night, lifters take the platform in costume for a full squat, bench, and deadlift showdown.
Saturday, October 31 • 8 PM
Spectators welcome.
Come watch the lifts, cheer on the competitors, and bring someone who’d get a kick out of seeing Halloween collide with heavy weights.

🇩🇪 Visitors from Germany at BSF! 🇺🇸
Yesterday we had the chance to welcome four visitors from Germany to Burleson Strength & Fitness.
They’re traveling through Texas to experience as much of the state as they can, with a college football game as one of the big reasons for the trip. They’d already made their way through Austin and Dallas, visited AT&T Stadium, and decided to stop by BSF to get a workout in along the way.
Three of the guys are German police officers, and the fourth is an economics expert, who they joked was there to fund the trip. 😂
They’re definitely doing Texas right. They’ve been trying barbecue everywhere they go and were headed to Texas Roadhouse for the first time after their workout. This weekend’s itinerary includes the Fort Worth Stockyards, the rodeo and cattle drive, and a visit to Joe T. Garcia’s.
Before they left, they gave us two patches, one from their state police and another from their local unit, to add to our First Responder Board. In return, they left BSF with some gym shirts, so now we have a little piece of Germany on our wall, and they’ll have a little piece of Texas back home in Germany.
One of the best parts of owning a gym is never knowing who is going to walk through the door. It was great getting to know these guys during the short time they were here and hearing about their Texas adventure.

SCOTT | BSF MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
If it’s lunchtime, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find Scott at BSF.
He comes in almost every day on his lunch break, gets his workout in, and then heads right back to work. It’s become such a regular part of the day that we know when to expect him.
Scott trains hard, mixes things up, and always brings a good attitude with him. He’s one of those familiar faces that becomes part of the rhythm of the gym.
We’re glad Scott chooses to spend his lunch hour with us.

Strength has no age limit.
Victoria brings consistency, energy, and determination every time she walks through the doors at BSF. She’s proof that getting stronger isn’t about where you start or the number on your birthday. It’s about continuing to show up.
