A Reminder About Appointments & Respecting Our Time ✨

The beauty industry is more than just hair, makeup, nails, lashes or skincare. For cosmetologists, this is our livelihood. Our time, talent, supplies, education, and preparation all have value.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. We turn away other clients, plan our schedules, prepare our tools and products, and dedicate that portion of our day to providing you with the best possible service.

When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or a client doesn’t show up, that time cannot simply be replaced. It means lost income, wasted preparation, and a missed opportunity to serve someone else who may have needed that appointment.

We completely understand that life happens and emergencies occur. However, communication and reasonable notice make a huge difference.

Please remember that behind every appointment is a professional who is building a business, supporting themselves and their family, and working hard to provide a service they are passionate about.

Your appointment is more than a time slot on our schedule — it is part of our livelihood. Please respect our time the same way we respect yours. 🤍

Thank you for understanding, communicating, and valuing the time and work that goes into making you feel beautiful. ✨
