Dan Walczak LMT

During that time I was dedicated to understanding my own body through movement and creative exploration as well as helping other to understand their own. Bodywork goes hand in hand with dance training as both aim to efficiently understand the functions, needs and abilities of the human body. Upon leaving NYC due to a desire for change and space I decided to pursue my NYS Massage therapy License through The New York Institute of Massage in my home city of Buffalo, NY. As a massage practitioner, my goal is to help others find movement where they feel stiff, connection where they feel dark and relief where they feel tension. This is achieved through a combination of targeted, specific work along with relaxation techniques which results in an increased availability and lightness throughout the body.
