🌻 KAI DHARMA — GROWING, LEARNING & GIVING BACK!

Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve posted! This summer has been quite the adventure for KAI.

While I may have been a little quiet on here, KAI has been anything but quiet!

This summer has been about showing up for OUR little mountain community—from our seniors, nurses, teachers, and hospitality workers to our local athletes, hikers, small businesses, and all the wonderful people who make this town so special.

One thing I love about small-town living is how we show up for one another. Whether it’s donating services, supporting community events, teaching movement and core strength, or simply lending a helping hand, KAI has been growing right alongside all of you.

And I have some exciting things to share!

🌿 A MONTH OF LEARNING, GROWING & RECONNECTING

This month-long sabbatical has been a gift to myself and the future of KAI.

After years of working with the human body through massage, yoga, and restorative movement, I’ve decided to become a student again.

I’m diving deeper into natural wellness, studying new restorative techniques, herbal essentials, nutrition, plant-based traditions, and natural approaches to muscular discomfort and recovery.

I’m especially excited to be collaborating with Crooked Cauldron Company where I’m humbly stepping into the role of an apprentice—learning, asking questions, getting my hands dirty, and discovering new ways to support the body through nature.

I believe there’s always more to learn, no matter how many years we’ve been practicing.

Growing. Learning. Evolving. And always keeping at it.

And here’s a little sneak peek! Keep your eyes open for some exciting KAI expansions coming to Crooked Cauldron! I can’t wait to share what’s ahead.
