HAPPY 4 YEARS to our SARAH DARBONNE | HAIRSTYLIST! Well, 4 and some change 😛 When I hired Sarah I was overwhelmed, exhausted and thought I just needed another set of hands. What I didn’t know was I’d just hired my right hand. When she started assisting me, Sarah barely spoke 3 words per day to my 3,000 🙃 but she listened. She paid attention. No matter how many projects I had her working on at once. She inhaled every single thing necessary. The calm to my storm.

I learned more coaching Sarah than I think she could have ever learned from me. She stays late and comes in early. She doesn’t stop until it’s past perfect. She doesn’t chase the spotlight, but she deserves all of it. Sarah is the GLUE here. They don’t make two of her. If they did I’d keep both for myself 😌

Sarah, you have grown FIERCELY in this career and deserve ALL of the success that you unfold! I truly don’t know how I would have made it to year 5 without you. IM SO PROUD IF YOU BELLA 💛🥹 Love you like a sister.

Happy ONE Whole Year at Blonde Anny Studio, Katie Morgan| Cosmetologist !!!!! 💛🌟🌼🔆💛

Katie and I both kicked off our careers at the same Salon but just with like, a 10 yr stretch haha! At the time I’m barely 19, a baby Stylist very naive to literally anything outside of the small town I’m living in when I meet Katie… mastered and confident in her art, sassy as hell 🤏🏼 and also pregnant as hell with #3 😅😅😅 We had nothing and everything in common.

Our lives/careers went by before reconnecting, but we both JUMPED when the opportunity to work together again came around!

I watched Katie bet on herself a year ago, and I don’t know how else to put it besides saying she outperformed the unknown better than anyone I’ve ever seen. Katie is a listener, and I find that rare these days! You don’t get to work with women like her frequently in life, much less twice. Katie brought a piece of the puzzle to the Studio that we didn’t know was missing ✨Authenticity & Edge✨

Elizabeth C. Fenske joined Bailey Blanchard Albert & I during the second week of the Studio opening. JUST like you’d imagine, the 3 of us were a perfect anomaly.

She’s trustworthy, freaking hilarious and simply is who she is. I think I love THAT the most about her. (..drama included🤭) She consistently works with passion and intention; always understanding the assignment.

Liz, I’m so thankful that you took a chance on ya old childhood friend 5 years ago! Ain’t life crazy? CAN’T WAIT to give you a bigggg ole hug and shower the hell out of you with attention just how I know you like it!!!! 😛😛 SO proud of you, Liz.

When I think back to September 7, 2021 I think about a Studio that was technically “open” but still very much under construction. Things weren’t completely installed (or working 🙃), and for the first week or so, before joined the crazy 🤪, it was just Bails and I … disheveled in the chaos while literally THRIVING through every second.

Five years later, there have been a LOT of versions of this place. 😆 And through every single stage, has been here.

She was there while I learned how to be a business owner in real time. A wife, then a momma. Through every win and failure, she never stopped encouraging my often ~INSANE~ ideas. 🥲

Nowadays we often ask each other, “Do you want to hear my advice, or am I just agreeing right now?” And that my friends, is GROWTH 🙂

I am my own worst critic! I don’t think there’s anyone who knows me would disagree with that. But this place. And today. I’m not criticizing anything, I’m just so extremely proud. 💛
