That's right....The TRIM Lounge is now hosting group runs and walks with the Block 2 Block Run Club

The club meets at the shop on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. All paces are welcome with bag drops and restrooms available.

As most of you know I've been into running for about 4 years now. Racing and competing in many different fitness races. After being part of a great run club and experiencing being a member myself. I decided on starting my own club from the shop.

This inspiration came from someone I met through running and barbering. My friend and his club. What him and his crew have done in the fitness community is amazing and truly an inspiration. Thank you brother for leading the way and helping people get in touch with their fitness and health. Hope to one day do a two team meet up. Brooklyn and Queens uniting run clubs.
