Fresh vs. Healed Ombre Powder Brows ✨

One of the biggest misconceptions about permanent makeup is that brows or any other area will stay dark and bold forever. The truth is, fresh brows or any other area always appear darker, sharper, and more saturated immediately after the procedure. As your skin heals over the next 4–6 weeks, the color softens, the pigment settles, and the brows or lips become much more natural-looking.

Freshly done Ombre Powder Brows 🤍
One of the biggest misconceptions about ombré powder brows is that they always heal looking dark, harsh, or unnatural.
The reason so many people think that is because on Instagram, you mostly see freshly done powder brows. Right after the procedure, the brows are naturally darker and more defined. Of course, it all depends on the artist how they create it — there are so many different ways to create ombré powder brows, and every artist has their own technique and style.
Once healed, powder brows (and any other permanent makeup technique) become much softer and more natural-looking. Again, that depends on how the artist creates them.
Personally, I love creating soft, natural-looking ombré powder brows that enhance your features without overpowering them. But at the end of the day, every set is customized to my client’s preferences and desired look. ✨
