Beyond Beauty

365 days.

A whole year without you.

So much has happened, Dad. There have been moments when I reached for the phone to call you, only to remember I can’t. There are stories I still want to tell you, questions I still want to ask, and days when I would give anything just to hear your voice one more time.

People talk about missing someone, but they don’t talk enough about how grief changes you. It changes the way you see the world. It changes the way you love, the way you celebrate, and the way you carry joy. A part of me left with you, and a part of me has been learning how to live without you ever since.

Some days are easier. Some days still take my breath away.

Today isn’t just about remembering the day we lost you. It’s about remembering how lucky I was to have had you. For every lesson, every laugh, every conversation, every memory. I am grateful.

I miss you more than words can say.

One year later, and I still carry you with me every single day.

❤️ DadForever loved. Forever missed. Forever a part of who I am.
