Hi, my name is Hailey Dunkle! I am the owner of Evolve Esthetics & Wellness Evolve Esthetics & Wellness. I have been an esthetician for 10 years now WOW! Saying that seems unbelievable how much time has actually passed since I graduated beauty school and created Evolve. I specialize in Body Sugaring, Laser Hair Removal, & Treatment Facials. You have skincare goals? Your goals are my goals. I take pride in my esthetics business because it truly is my passion to care for skin, create treatment plans, and see results. In a very saturated industry, I am thankful to the people who choose and trust me for their esthetics needs.

Outside of work, I am a wife to my husband of 5 years and a mama to 4 boys ages 5 and under. It’s never quiet or calm unless it’s bedtime lol! Sports are starting to consume our free time and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Currently, my husband and I are building our forever home on some land. I’ve been in a constant state of construction and design mode for the past 9 months between Evolve’s expansion and remodel and our new build. God has truly blessed me this year, even in the midst of the stress and chaos.

10 years ago, I got sugared for the first time because my skin doesn’t do well with wax. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I came to that appointment, but I was encouraged to get certified and ran with it. I didn’t even know what an esthetician was when I signed up for school 😂
