1. New England fall 🍂
We just came back from a trip through Vermont and Maine, and it was spectacular. The foliage, mountains, hikes, and the Maine coastline.

2. Robbins Library in Arlington 📚
I’ve been absolutely loving this place - the building, the atmosphere, and spending time there picking out books.
I’ve also been reading a lot lately. My favorite genre right now is mystery/detective fiction. Big fan of the classics like Agatha Christie and Arthur Conan Doyle, but I’ve also been trying more recent mysteries too.

3. Roasted Granola Café ☕
I’m a little particular about coffee, I don’t like it too bitter, too acidic, too sweet, or too weak.
I’ve been to The Roasted Granola in Arlington a few times now, and so far I’ve liked everything I’ve tried. Their lattes are great, the cappuccino is great, and it’s very much my kind of coffee.

4. My Korean RF device ✨
I've been pretty consistent with it. And I do see a difference in my skin appearance.

5. Authentic Chinese food 🥟
I lived in China for 4 years so I really love the authentic Chinese food.
A few places I’ve been enjoying here:

6. Korean sheet masks 🤍
When the weather and temperature start changing, my skin becomes more reactive and my skin barrier definitely feels the difference.
Lately I’ve been using Korean sheet masks a lot because of helps with supporting skin barrier and hydration 💦 I order quite a lot directly from South Korea, and they’ve been really helpful for keeping my skin calm and hydrated.

What day is today? First day of school here in Arlington, Massachusetts

And I felt very lucky to have a few hours to myself.
I got my nails done, had a coffee and a pastry, stocked up on skincare, and actually had some time for self-care too.

I know the first day of school looks completely different for everyone, some people are heading straight to work, catching up on a million things or running errands all day. So I really did feel grateful for this little pocket of time today.

Since I’m still new to Arlington, I'd like to ask recommendations from the locals:

After a year in Spain, we’re coming back to the U.S.

I haven’t shared anything here during this chapter. I just wanted to simply be present and enjoy the experience with my family.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything here—the last few months have been busy. Most of my clients are aware I'm not working at the moment, but I still 'd like to share some news:

☀️ Right now I’m in Spain with my family and will be here for a few more months. My business isn’t closed, just on pause while I’m away

🎓 I’ve been accepted to Boston University, School of Social Work and about ro start a Master’s degree program very soon. It’s a big decision but I’m not stepping away from skincare, I'm planning on combining work and studying

And while I'm away, I don't want to lose connections with my clients, many of which became more than just clients ❤️ For now I'd love to share some moments with you, maybe some personal things or travel updates

1. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are not candidates for this treatment
2. To avoid cold sores outbreak, ask your general practitioner for antiviral medications, I believe there are also online platforms where you can get a prescription
3. Touch up is done after four weeks and not later than ten weeks after initial service
4. I do a lot of darker lips blushes, keep in mind that to cover up pigment more sessions may be needed
5. Make sure your lips are hydrated
6. Avoid alcohol and caffeine before an appointment
7. Bring lip gloss or lipstick you like. However, in many cases, especially for darker lips, color selection is based on color theory
