Six months after breast augmentation ✨

This patient underwent breast augmentation with 445 cc - SSX implants placed under the muscle, and she is very happy with her outcome.

What does SSX mean? SSX refers to the implant profile—in this case, a higher-profile implant. Profile describes how much an implant projects forward from the chest wall relative to its width. Implant selection isn’t just about the number of CCs; we consider the patient’s anatomy, proportions, and individual goals when choosing the size and profile.

For this patient, the 445 cc SSX implants helped achieve one of her main goals: more volume and projection while maintaining a result that complements her frame.

Her incision is carefully positioned within the inframammary fold, allowing it to remain well concealed beneath the breast.

From there, I want to understand what you originally hoped to achieve, what you would like to change now, and most importantly — is that goal realistically achievable with revision surgery?

Revision surgery isn’t about criticizing the previous surgeon or promising perfection. It’s about determining what can safely be improved and making sure that the patient’s goals and my approach are a good match.

Sometimes I’m the right surgeon for that revision. Sometimes I’m not — and that’s okay.
