People often assume a path for Black boys, but I’m endeavoring to show my son that his brilliance has no boundaries. From the golf course to the pool and the baseball diamond, he’s learning he can master anything.

It’s not just about the activity—it’s about building a mindset that says, “I can be anything.” Let’s keep showing them their potential is limitless. 🤍

It’s been a busy Sunday over here.

While my husband is away in Chicago supporting they eldest daughter as she starts her new school year, I’ve been balancing solo parenting with a bit of unexpected work. I don’t typically take clients on Sundays, but I made an exception for a house call today.

The highlight, by far, was having my brother and nephew join us for church. It was the perfect reminder that even when life gets a little chaotic and schedules shift, having family close by makes all the difference.
