I prefer to build a client/tech relationship so we can commit to healthy natural nails TOGETHER. I believe in the concept of educating my clients on what to expect from a professional salon or tech, its my duty to help a little to change the image of this misunderstood industry so one client at the time we will be able to get the best of it and force the non licensed workers to either work under healthy and Safe Salon standards or leave! And continued Education for me is a must, from time to time you will see new certifications because Id like to provide you with the best service and latest trends on the industry! chances are I still have products and services you haven't even heard about yet, ill be more than happy to offer any info about them at anytime no purchase necessary so you can consider them maybe for a friend or another time, you have problems with your nails? I'm pretty confident I have a solution! if everything fails at least I know I helped! so when is time to move away you know exactly what to demand for your money from your next service, you maybe get bored listening lol but I'll take it easy if I hear you snoring! but hopefully I can help you choose your next Go-To-salon/tech. You NEED to know what to avoid and walk out from, because nowadays your corner nail place may be a Non-Standard salon meaning they are not licensed to perform these services and I will tell you all about it and how to spot them! Don't let them put YOUR HEALTH at risk, believe me when I say: They don't care for your nails, they only care for your money, unfortunately there's a 50-50 chance of finding those "convenient shops" right around the corner, so watch out! I use several One-time use implements, like files and buffers everything else is disinfected and sanitized after EVERY service with a hospital grade solution. Payments: Cash and Credit or Debit Cards (I use Square for your cards!)

Now the necessary ugly news:
I ask for a 24 hr courtesy call, text or message for cancellations or rescheduling appointments, I have a $40 fee for late* cancellations and FULL price of the missed appointment for no shows** BEFORE any further appointments are made. I usually text or message prior to every appointment to confirm with you and I’ll need to hear back so I know you are coming. I will make my personal/family schedule around your appointment times. Payments can be made by phone with bank card or paypal instant transfer.

*Late cancellation: less than 24 hours notice
**No-Shows: failure to come at agreed time of appointment



On the bright side (yes, I know rules are not pretty sometimes) be sure that when you come and sit on my table you will receive my full attention and I pride on my services so you know its always my 100% there with you. I will make sure you are completely satisfied with your service even after your appointment, is not rare for me to contact you few days later asking how they're doing and if you have any questions about it. I am committed to delivering the best services and when you set an appointment with me is a done deal, that's why I need to set some basic business rules so I can ensure ALL my clients either get serviced and I am ready waiting for you when you walk into that door! Unless of course... I got squashed by a car and nobody knows so I will not be there waiting for you LOL yes, emergencies happen right?
