My honey lol. Should I be jealous?! Lol!

Quite a long time ago last year I formulated an employee role in my Health and Beauty business called Self Care Advisor when I helped my Mom with her hip surgery that is what I called myself to help her because she could not get a PCA because of her insurance even though I got the job as a PCA for her. This position is for hire for people who are having hard times with doing things but can not get a PCA at that time of need. And you don't have to go through all the rigamarole of trying to get a PCA with the PCA company, the County, the Insurance company, and another Company the PCA belongs to on top of that! This is a cash paying job easy as that and is geared towards helping people better their lives and living more independently with their disabilities. Well it just so happened that after helping my Mom I hurt my back, then my shoulder, then I fell and hurt my knee then my foot and this happened multiple times, I also had 4 stomach ulcers and my health was not good this year at all. I found myself getting harder and more difficult to get what I needed done around the house, so my husband started helping me a lot around the house out of the goodness of his heart because he hated to see me suffer. He does a lot for me. And our son would also help around the house once in awhile too which was very nice. I would pay them here and there. But I kept getting worse off so I signed up for a PCA and I wanted my husband to do it not a stranger for personal reasons. But he did not pass the background test and we are in the process of appealing it now. But I am so bad off now it's hard for me to walk, I feel sick, tired I can't get much done around the house. So I decided to hire my son and husband to be SCA self care advisors for me for my health and beauty business because I need help now. It's gotten so bad that i can barely make it to work and might lose my jobs then because I get so overwhelmed at home work work work. That all I do! And the PCA system really sucks bad! Anyways a SCA helps around the house with cleaning, organizing, errands, cooking, priority lists, self care, exercise, eating healthy, and hobbies and fun stuff too like outings together. She this will be good for our family. And I'm glad we all are doing this. So today Tonyas Health and Beauty hired 2 employees. My husband and our Son thank you so much guys I love you!

So I have been on a healing journey since this Spring when I found out I had 4 stomach ulcers. I had some medicine changes and started prioritizing myself and taking care of myself more. I'm feeling a lot better and I learned a lot about myself along the way. I'm glad I took some time out for myself to heal and concentrate on my health. So my quality of life has improved as well. My physical and mental health are a lot better too. And by prioritizing myself and my health I can tell the difference in my personal and professional life too that it's getting a lot better too. My relationships are getting better and reaching my goals. Thank you God and Jesus for helping me heal during this journey and for everyone's prayers. I am so thankful and grateful for you all. And grateful for my health and my life.

I made a discovery tonight. This Flaxseed milk I got at the food pantry is a nut based milk that actually helps lower cholesterol and flaxseed is known to help headaches and body aches. I studied that herbal medicine before. I put some as a creamer in my Carmel apple coffee tonight. And I'm feeling less head and body pains. So that's great I can use this on my cereal and in my coffee in the morning for my headaches and body aches! Yay!

Unfortunately I was so ill all day sick to my stomach with bad side effects of my stomach med Linzess which I had been having . I was so tired and swelling and stomach cramps , upset stomach, it was awful. And pains from injuries. Well today is the last day I'm taking it for constipation caused by my acid reflux medicine 💊. I was able to do a midnight slow dance and stretch around tonight after a day of rest of not feeling well at all. I also discovered that because of my swelling and pains that I do have circulatory problems as well. So I started taking Iron and Folic acid which should be taken together to stimulate each other to heal blood and heart circulation. I am feeling so much better! Yes! Thank God and Jesus for setting me free and your wonderful healing through me. I am blessed with a grateful heartbeat 💓. I am very thankful for my life.
