Heat Retreat 2026 has come to a close and I can’t think of a better way to spend a fall weekend in Montana 🍂✨🔥

This was an extra special retreat as it was my first big MK event as a momma, and now I finally understand so many women’s WHY for this business 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Plus my parents were able to bring up Bear for a small family weekend after the conference while Chase was working at the station ☺️

Have you tried to establish a new habit recently?

I am trying to get up an hour before the baby does everyday so I have an hour of ‘me time’ before the day starts for him. Whether it’s going to the gym 🏋️‍♀️ walking 🚶🏼‍♀️playing with the dog 🐕 or today’s choice was an everything shower PLUS an overdue charcoal mask 🤌🏼 Obviously my nose and t-zone needed it 🥴

I’m so excited to partner with Bozeman Health Cancer Center for the 4th year to provide 30 or more care packages to individuals undergoing chemotherapy and radiation

Each care package includes 3 carefully selected products that have been researched and shown to help provide relief from the dryness and neuropathy that can accompany these treatments🌿

✨ Every donation makes a difference! Full care package donations are also welcome for $25. I’m personally waiving all profits so that 100% of your donation goes toward creating these care packages. 🥰
