Yoga: Range and Resilience is back. New and Improved! Yoga for athletes isn't just about getting into as many poses in the best form possible. It's about ensuring you are prepared to train hard, play hard and live active and very full lives.

This season, we’ll also be integrating a more intentional approach to how we format classes, so that they cohesively fit alongside your training at the gym. This will now be a 6 week program and in typical Peak Motion & Fitness form, you’ll not only do the work, but you’ll develop a better understanding of the ‘why’ behind the work, so that you’re better empowered to create your knowledge base to better tend to your health and fitness as a whole.

These days we are finding the space full of members, community, good tunes, laughter and big lifts.

From the early morning crew, to our faithful mid-day/lunchtime crew, and the evening class and members that come in full of sass, laughter and a readiness to work hard, we couldn’t be more grateful!

Seeing the space fill the need of so many is why we got started.
It looks like we might need some more elbow room soon eh?

After seeing Jordan Wong’s throwback post today, I was overwhelmed with gratitude for where Peak started, how far we’ve come, and—most importantly—the community we’ve built along the way.

From clients willing to train in every possible variation of our home garage back in 2021, to the final slide: an average day around here. Four coaches. A full class. A full floor.

Gratitude doesn’t even begin to cover it.

The growth isn’t just in the numbers. It’s in the strength of our community, the skillset of our coaches, and the integrity they bring to the floor every day.

Our goal has always been to create a space for the nontraditional, for those who may not feel comfortable or welcome in a commercial gym, those who don’t know where to start, and those who want to get strong AF while still balancing their outdoor passions and recreation.

And we’re not just maintaining that mission. We’re growing deeper into it.

Growing our outreach. Growing our skill. Growing a community that supports, challenges, and encourages one another regardless of what brought you through the door or what your goals may be.

Strength in community.
Strength in body.
We find your Peak here.
