Wishing a happy 100th birthday to Mr. Bernard Cook. He always comes in with a smile and is ready to tell us jokes - one of the happiest guys we know. We've always said at Hats Off Haircuts that if you make it to 100, you get free haircuts for life. He came in this week to claim his. He actually turned 100 in February, but just now needed a haircut.
